This project was won in a competitive tender situation and was completed under the supervision of a Sussex based architect.
Work comprised of :-
- Removing ground floor, lowering the levels, damp proofing and replacing floors
- Removing render, damp proofing and re-rendering
- New purpose-made windows and doors
- Design and install plumbing & heating system
- Total rewire
- Decoration throughout internally and externally
