This project was won in a competitive tender situation and was completed under the supervision of a Sussex based architect.

Work comprised of :-

• Removing ground floor, lowering the levels, damp proofing and replacing floors
• Removing render, damp proofing and re-rendering
• New purpose-made windows and doors
• Design and install plumbing & heating system
• Total rewire
• Decoration throughout internally and externally
