Refurbishment and modernisation of an Georgian house near Chilmark in Wiltshire
We were recommended by the architect for this project. The clients engaged a project manager to oversee the works and to keep costs under control.
We provided a priced bill of quantities and were awarded the works to refurbish and modernise the existing listed Georgian house, while the extension works were awarded to another contractor.
We designed and installed a totally new central heating system. We manufactured and installed new windows, French doors and internal furniture, and completely decorated the house with specialist paint finishes being undertaken by London decorators.
